Discipline in acque libere, acqua salata

L’apnea è la forma più antica e naturale di immersione.
Rappresenta un connubio unico tra sport e filosofia di vita, in cui tecnica, concentrazione e controllo del corpo si fondono con l’esperienza dell’ambiente subacqueo.

Nell'apnea, le migliori prestazioni in piscina e in profondità vengono omologate da due organizzazioni internazionali: AIDA International e CMAS. In Svizzera, si fa inoltre una distinzione tra i record in acqua salata e in acqua dolce.
