Sport in focus

The Swiss Underwater Sports Federation (SUSV) is the national center of expertise for underwater sports in Switzerland. These include freediving, finswimming, underwater hockey, underwater rugby, and mermaiding.

We promote sport at all levels

– from grassroots to elite, both nationally and internationally. In doing so, we work closely with partner organizations such as Swiss Olympic and the international umbrella federation CMAS.

The SUSV supports regional, national, and international underwater sports events within the available resources. In addition, we organize official competitions in accordance with CMAS regulations.

In collaboration with the office, the sports coordinators issue CMAS sport licenses and define the selection criteria for international competitions.

As a federation, we publish the national regulations as well as the official competition calendar – ensuring a transparent and well-coordinated underwater sports landscape.
